“This was my first brew kit from AHB and the quality of beer is amazing. The brew kit instructions are easy to follow and the beer itself was very close to the original. The only (very slight) downside was that my batch was quite bitter on the first few mouthfuls, but that was probably my error in letting the brew boil during hops steeping step? After the first few mouthfuls though the bitterness fades away so its not a big deal. The beer has a great balance of malt and hops. The Galaxy hops gives this beer a really nice fresh taste and aroma not usually seen in home brew beer (in my experience). Would definitely make again and recommend others try.”
