“Great IPA with plenty of hops. Great flavour from all the hops, and mouth feel, looking forward to seeing how it ages in the keg.
Started at 1.058 specific gravity, but I only made it up to 19.5 litres, it finished at 1.010 (6.0%). Was darker than I expected, more amber than the light gold I thought it would be. Could be as I made it a little more concentrated.”
“Second time brewing this little ripper and once again, turned out fantastic. Nice hop forward flavours with a creamy mouthfeel finishing with fruit notes.
I’ll be making this again for sure”
“Once again AHB have come up with an absolutely ripping beer.
Pressure fermentation, closed transfer and drinkable immediately, even better after a week.
I’ll be making this again for sure”
“A very pleasing beer. Has a soft mouthfeel, the flavours being fruity. Great summertime IPA.This is the second time I have brewed this beer, will repeat!”
“As all AHB recipes do, this comes with a nice set of instructions, however I will still a bit intimidated with the amount of hops.
A quick call to Hamish at the store and I was put to ease. Early days (only kegged for 4 days) but something is definately BREWING, a great hoppy aroma and bold taste. Will definately buy again. This is my sixth AHB recipe kit and cant fault any of them.”
“Two weeks in bottle and I thought what's all the fuss about. 6 weeks in (i'm a patient man) and this ale is superb. Best tasting beer I've ever brewed. Bee-uuutiful.”
“I followed all the supplied instructions, but along with the other hops, I also added an extra 25 grams of Mosaic hops on Day 4. My brew has only been bottled for 2.5 weeks, but I am already very happy with it. Looking forward to it with a few more weeks on it.”
