“A follow up to previous review, I did this recipe again and dry hopped with 25g Eclipse and 25g Galaxy hops (recommendation from Hamish). It worked great, gave it that little bit extra. Will be one I will ensure to have in the keg all summer long. Great recipe.

I kegged mine up and it came out at approx 4.5% ABV as I only made it up to 19.5 litres not the 21 litres as in the directions (Starting SG of 1.042, finished at 1.008).
Its so good I have another batch of it in the fermenter now, and this time I'm going to dry hop it with 25g of elcipse and 25g of galaxy. Looking forward to tasting it.
