“A short review does not do justice to this kit. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that this kit is hop-accented and some hop-accented kits do not age well. In a couple of months we will know if the Mosaic hops are still prominent. I would like to give a much longer review of this kit and update it with time. I am drinking it now and I love the balance between malts and hops. A full review would include how easy or hard it is to brew and other stuff. One criticism I have is that the expected ABV is not included in the product description. At this early stage, I give it a big thumbs up.”
