“I used this at 15g per batch and a botanicals basket in my Air Still, following the instructions - distill 4 litres of wash to produce 700 ml of spirit, add 300 ml water, filter, add 3 litres water, run through still again, this time including botanicals (which I enclose in a small, very fine-mesh bag) in the basket. The result was great, with just that final hint of rosemary and received a thumbs up from all of my gin drinking friends.”
