“I have been using this for six months, initially with Still Spirits botanicals kits, but most recently selecting and mixing my own botanicals, to create an Asian style gin with Star Anise, Cinnamon quills and kaffir lime leaf, an Australian style gin with pepperberries, roasted wattleseed and lemon myrtle leaf or a rhubarb and ginger gin (great in hot weather). Wouldn't go back to syrups.”
