A small amount of this in your mead that has pectinase from the fruit that you are using really stops the pectinase from ruining your must. This will last a long time as only a small amount is required. Very well packaged and resealbla that will keep the contents safe from moisture. Very highly recaommended.

Did the job with a plum wine - broke the fruit down to liquid. I have ordered more.
