The service of Australian Home Brewing on the other hand is mediocre at best. The lack of customer service or consideration for customer satisfaction is the reason I would never buy from this company again. Many efforts of contact on my part were ignored, with very little interest in helping me with my concerns. It took a week for my order to even leave the warehouse, but the real kicker was it taking over 3 weeks to arrive with no update by either AHB or the courier, despite me reaching out multiple times. When I eventually requested a refund, as I had to purchase another one elsewhere as this one was evidently lost in transit, again I was ignored and have still not heard back.
I highly recommend buying this product elsewhere as it was definitely not worth the cost and frustration.”
