“HI AHB Team. This is a difficult situation. The service from AHB is excellent as always. The option of a 24-pack is also very good. The brandy and the Irish Whisky I selected are as always very good.
Unfortunately, there is something of a problem with the Scotch Whisky essence. When blended with spirit it has a distinct licorice or aniseed back-taste. Also, the essence is noticeably more viscous than normal. I have never had any problem with Still Spirits so suspect it is a manufacturing glitch. I have reported this problem to Still Spirits in NZ but only did so a couple of days ago so have not had a reply as yet. I will let you know what they have to say.
