“In 1 year I have had to replace the battery pack 3 times. It typically fails after a couple of months, starts to blink on and off, beeps repeatedly, doesn't turn itself off, starts to not last as long. This is after I was careful to charge it 5 hour at a time, every other use. Really a problem.”
