“This is a beautiful and well made fixture. Unfortunately, the instructions that came with it were completely off the mark — they showed structures and fittings that didn’t match the fixture. Luckily I had a very resourceful and savvy handyman hang the fixture, and he figured it out. I would have been stymied. But I’m sure if I had contacted the company they could have provided the right instructions. They were very responsive when we were ordering the fixture and getting the details ironed out. The fixture looks great and has performed well.”
