Not a fan of the customer service I received days after three attempts at contact, and the fact that IF my watch been lost in the mail (as i feared since it was an hour from my house for almost a week with no update) there would be no refund, had I not received the $144 watch. While it may not have been the company’s fault if it were lost, it wouldn’t have been mine either. I’d rather not take those chances with your company again.”
