“If I could give no stars I would. Unfortunately I was looking forward to giving my husband his watch for his birthday. That was engraved . When I received the watch the second hand was broken. Received return label. Returned watch . Wrote a few emails on status of watch with no response. This has been a very disappointing, frustrating experience.”
