“While this appears to be a well made product it did not meet my needs, also the belt clip was completely unwieldy and the headset difficult to adjust. For some people it may be the best, but I returned mine.”

“This company is fantastic. I've purchased a lot of microphones, accessories and other products from them and their customer service is always great. But they've really gone above and beyond since COVID19 has caused studios to close. AVNow has done everything possible to help fitness studio adapt and teach online. And their support answering technical questions is amazing. As a studio owner I am incredibly appreciative. Thank you to everyone at the company!”

“I told them the equipment I had, what I was trying to accomplish and they recommended all the products I would need! My package arrived today, I called tech support, Karl was awesome, he did FaceTime with me and we hooked everything up !!! Thank you.”

“My order arrived missing a piece and the mic wasn’t the one pictured, which is very frustrating. They blamed it on Amazon having the wrong photos. Once AV Now contacted the manufacturer, I received the missing piece in a few days. The entire process took longer than I felt it should have (by emailing the manufacturer instead of calling) but in the end, I got what I needed. The customer service rep I eventually spoke to was very patient and helpful. I’m glad I called instead of continuing with their email process.”

“AV Now took the time to understand my needs and what equipment I already had available in order to make the most cost effective suggestion to accomplish what I wanted. They also took the time to help me set up my new equipment, with custom tailored photos in their emails and the offer of phone calls if that would be easier for me. They really have gone above and beyond.”

“I purchased a new mixer with a USB port to connect to my iPad. I didn't realize it was coming from a third party, but when I Inquired I was told they would get the shipping information from the third party so I could track. I received the information as promised. While setting up my new mixer I had some questions. I called twice and both times felt like I was getting the help I needed. Ken was great! I am still trying to get the sound just right as leaving my volume settings in place does not mean it will sound the same on my live feed each time. Hopefully I will get there, but I really appreciate the service I have received from AVNow! Gail - Fitness Instructor”
