“The strap on my airline 77 headset broke and I needed a replacement. I ordered this part, which came earlier than expected and was very easy to install on the headset. I wore the mic today and it worked perfectly.”

“I have the Airline 99 and have never been able to keep the headset on. The strap it came with slides off when placed on my head. So I keep it on with multiple headbands. I purchased the Replacement Adjustment Headband hoping it would be better since it has the adjustable slides to secure the headset. Unfortunately, it does not stay put. It slides off just like the original one did. Back to the headbands. On the positive side, I did receive the product within days of ordering. Great customer service.”

“The headband I received is not what is pictured or demonstrated on the website. I received a cheaper clear one that isn't very flexible or as wide.”

Hello Jackie. The image we had on the website was out of date. We have since updated it. The manufacturer did change to a transparent rubber material. The reason for the change is that this new material is more durable and will last longer under repeated exposure to sweat. The size and width of the band is exactly the same as the previous black model. Let us know if you have any complaints.

“It works for when the head strap is broken. I wish it was a little more adjustable, it's definatly made for large heads. Also it slips if you take the broken head strap off, then there is nothing to keep the replacement band in place. Not perfect but better than nothing!”
