1. Tote bag was not included.
2. It took more then 20 days to arrive.
3. You are not allowed to return the $250 purchase or exchange.
4. Bag contains really old, ugly, and cheap designs.
I was so excited to receive this package and when I did I was very disappointed and besides my package arrived damaged and I am not allowed to return it.”
