“I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience I received from AyGüey US. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue with my order, I found their response and resolution efforts to be severely lacking.
Firstly, I ordered two items on May 23rd, but both arrived incorrect. I immediately contacted their customer support to report the issue, providing all necessary details, including order numbers and specifics of the incorrect items. However, it took several follow-up emails from my side just to receive an initial acknowledgment.
Over the following days, I continued to receive generic responses asking for information I had already provided multiple times. The communication was disjointed, and it seemed as though their team had no coordination or a proper system in place to track ongoing customer issues.
Moreover, despite being told that a senior team member would respond to me "later today," no such response was received. I had to keep reaching out, which was both frustrating and time-consuming. The lack of a timely and effective resolution led me to lose confidence in their ability to handle customer concerns adequately.
Ultimately, I had no choice but to consider returning the items and requesting a refund. This whole ordeal has been exhausting, and regrettably, I do not plan to purchase from AyGüey US again. Their product might be good, but the buying experience has been nothing short of awful. I hope they seriously reconsider their customer service approach to prevent other customers from going through such a frustrating experience.”
