“Showed up to the store 8:50 because the store opened up at 9:00. Store wasn’t open. I had a client at 10:00 and I was about 45 minutes away from my salon. I waited until about 9:20 Called the number on google. That number was no longer working. Had to find the number direct on there website. Got a hold of someone. And they say someone was going to be there in 20 minutes. NO one showed up until 9:50!!! And I had zero choice to get extensions another day because there hours are 9:00-3:00 and I worked until 8:00 that night. Late for my first client which made my whole day late. I’ve had nothing but problems with there customer service… love the hair! Hate the service.”
