“The extensions themselves are fine it’s how the situation was handled Is what bummed me out. I had purchased a bad set of extensions, unfortunately, back in august. So I received a gift card of $65. But, that’s it? I didn’t get a refund for the beads, and I paid taxes on the package of hair & didn’t receive that amount back either? I repurchased the hair & had to pay shipping??? I’m also out on my time & service. Which I understand there’s nothing you can do for that but there should be? Send me a free gift pack to then turn give my unsatisfied client! I’m out beads, taxes, shipping, my time & most of all an unhappy client! So I’m just disappointed how this was handled. You should have mailed me the hair, beads & some kind of free gift?”
