“Yes, I was using the deluxe tool to remove K tip extensions, and the spray was used prior to using. Well, I was playing with all the different textures on that deluxe tool, and I noticed on the further inside of the tool there were some more grooves Yes, I was using the deluxe tool to remove K tip extensions, and the spray was used prior to using the pliers. Well, I was playing with all the different piece and textures on that deluxe tool, and I noticed on the end further inside of the tool there were some.., well groove.. so further inside of the tool, there is some more texture while I was trying to remove these. K tips pretty fast and attempted to use it and I didn’t notice it breaking threw all the way to her hair till after almost finishing the whole entire head I noticed that when I use the inside of that deluxe tool, it was breaking the hair. I don’t know why that texture would be on that deluxe tool if it wasn’t meant to be used, but it broke my clients hair all in the crown area. There’s a little inch pieces of cut off hair I don’t understand why the manufacturer would put this in the deluxe tool. If it was not meant to be used it should’ve been a flattened out area that did not harm the hair , it was very misleading and my client was very disappointed and I as well”
