“I’ve ordered these for clients before but I’m not pleased with my last order. First “Caroline” 18.5” hand tied wefts were out of stock even though the website let me order them. I got a call from customer service to let me know I’d be refunded since they weren’t actually available. Ok, cool, I ordered early enough that I still had time before my client’s appointment. Waited and then reordered, it was annoying but what can ya do?
Fast forward to my clients’s appointment. I always open the extensions while my client is there to see them, just so there’s no doubt what they pay for or that they’re brand new. This particular client I use a pack each of Caroline and Eva and install 3 rows of 2 wefts each. We’ve done this for a while now but this time Caroline is all twisted and about a half inch shorter than Eva! All the Caroline wefts are shorter than the Eva wefts. Every. Single. Weft. If I was only installing Caroline I wouldn’t have even noticed. But trying to sew the 2 wefts to one row was a bit more complicated trying to figure a way to make them secure and lay flat with a difference in lengths.
I feel cheated. My client paid good money for less hair and I’m mad for her too. I never imagined that I’d have to double check the actual measurements of the hair to make sure she got what she paid for. I’m so disappointed.”
