“My client keeps complaining that the ends of these feels so stringy and I completely agree. I’ve used babe extensions for years and I just had a customer service dispute over a pair of clip ins being melted feeling upon purchase, and now these keep getting a negative review from my client. She has always worn the babe hair I buy at the store (a and a beauty supply in Rochester ny) and I’ve never had any problems, and now both sets I’ve bought through your online portal have been so thin! They are so much thinner the bottom 4 inches than they are midshaft so it almost feels like we have to cut off all that extra length and then what’s the point ?!?!?”
