“I had purchased a bunch of accessories as well as a pack of hair extensions back at the end of March. The beads I purchased were not very well put together, the silicone rings very easily slid out of the bead during application. The weft extensions I had ordered, 22.5" Hand Tied Wefts - #Ombre 12/60 (Louise), looked extremely bare at the ends of the wefts. I'm not sure if it was because of the color processing or just poor quality but it was transparent while holding them up all together. The thread ordered also would not hold a knot.
I had to add an entire pack of tape-in extensions in order to make them blend properly. My client has a lot of breakage and fine hair so too many rows of wefts would be impossible for her hair to withstand. I have used one pack of hand tied wefts from a different company in the past just to create a fuller length and drop line and it had worked just fine.
My client had returned to my salon this past week for a move up appointment and the wefts had lost a surprising amount of hair. To my knowledge proper maintenance was kept up on them in the mean time.
I will never purchase hair from this company again going forward.”
