“Love the quality and color! First pair of extensions I didn’t have to color myself like other brands!
Babes customer service is beyond incredible! My extensions were stolen or lost during delivery I ordered them two months in advance of my vacation!
I annoyingly emailed them once a week they always got back to me in a timely manner! After receiving a phone call it was decided to send me a new round in them and fast shipping so I could get them installed before I left!

“I installed the Caroline extensions on my client and three days later her hair turned pink. I tried emailing and calling babe and no one ever returned my email or phone call. Not only does this look bad on me for the service provider, I couldn’t even explain why they turned pink. That’s a lot of money for the client to spend and have no answers or even send more hair for me to reinstall for her. Very disappointed and makes me what to use a different line of extensions because the customer service was horrible!!”
