“I have used Babe extensions for years, and have always been very satisfied. This time though, not so much. I don't know if they reformulated their tape or what, but I spent a little over an hour on installation, and as soon as I go to shampoo her, they ALL fell out. Of course, I immediately reached out to Babe, and have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed with the situation and am sad that I won't be using them anymore, as the colors were always beautiful. Attached is what was in the sink after I shampooed; didn't even get to condition.”
