“We thought this stairgate didn't require screwing into the wall, and it doesn't 'require' it but it is expected. We manage without and in general it's been fine - fine enough that we've ordered a second one. Our environment isn't very stairgate friendly - shiny, wonky walls, and our daughter has pulled it off once or twice but it serves its purpos well!”

“This is a good product. It was difficult to fit and required some modification to the top of our staircase. When finally installed, however, it has worked well”
