“Very awkward to fit, and flimsy at bottom edge where a child could push under it, locking mechanism didn’t seem to function as demonstrated on their video. So sent back only to be told we have to pay £12. Haulage, not impressed as I feel it’s not fit for purpose as described. Kind regards Geoff”

“great service but the retractable gate not really suitable for me as top keeps popping off so gate falls off but t hat is my problem for not thinking it through enough”
