“Good product if it worked. Loose connection means intermittent action unless pressure applied to on/off switch. Very poor customer service when phoned, implying I am lying and demanding I return for testing before they will send me a replacement. However with heatwave again in the next few days I need a fan for my baby so will continue to adapt fan with sticky tape to apply pressure to make sure it works during that then return. Very poor”
