“This gate claims to be able to be operated using 1 hand. I have no idea how you are supposed to do this! The instructions even say it is a dead man locking mechanism so the gate wont release without pressing the mechanism and pulling thr gate to unhook it with the other hand. I am very upset with this as I am now going to have to pick up and put down my baby everytime I want to go up/down my stairs. God help me if I have to open it whilst coming down stairs and have baby in tow.”
