“Bought the Sea-Grass Baby Changing Basket and changing mat. The is basket is ok, the mat is not great quality. I had to pay £10 delivery fee. When the box arrived it was badly damaged, definitely not able to wrap it up and take it to a baby shower, I'd expect a lot better considering the delivery fee! I wanted to return the item, due to this fact and a family member got my friend the same present. It said the website I email them to arrange a return and they will reply within 24 hours. It took 3 days for them to reply to arrange a date, I then have to sit in the house all day and wait as there are no time slots. I have agreed to a date, its been another 3 days and haven't heard anything back from Jeff. I presume they're coming today...very bad communication from the company which is frustrating, expensive delivery and damaged packaging - not fit for a baby shower. I will never use them again and wish I never did.”
