“It needs a newborn insert. Baby slouches down too much. The head support is very high and doesn't reach baby.
Otherwise the music and movement is good.
It would be great if you had the option to leave the same music playing on repeat.
Remote has to be very close to chair to work and buttons on chair itself are a little cumbersome. You need to tap a few times.

“The chair was received with two holes in the seat cover. I have been making contact with the parts department for almost 2 weeks following an agreement that I would receive a replacement seat cover.
I have chased twice for an update as I haven’t received the cover and yet to have a response.
I feel I’ve had a pretty poor service from Baby Elegance and reconsidering future planned orders due to this.”
“Seat is ideal for my newborn. Love the Bluetooth feature and different settings for the speed of swing. Only issue is I need to use the power cord all the time. Having put multiple new batteries in the swing, the chair won't work after a day only on batteries. (even if the swing wasn't used the day before)”
