“Nice cot bed however arrived a bit damaged. The teething rail was cracked and therefore sharp. Contacted their customer service email and was asked what and where it was damaged. They then informed me they would send out a replacement teething rail, which I am yet to receive... Has been 2 weeks now.”
“Really nice cot. Sadly the top bar part has snapped yday which is disappointing, my daughter who’s only 18months was jumping and playing and it snapped so has had to be covered with tape till I buy a new one as it’s dangerous. May have been a faulty part but it’s a shame.”
