“Beautiful high chair baby due end December. Put high chair together today but the release catch for the seat on the left hand side had broken off it was in the bottom of the box. Also the release catch on the harness is broken so can’t undo it. Am I able to get replacement parts please”
“Tricky to put together and in newborn seat safety clasp doesn’t stay closed or taught it slides open, not great support and doesn’t detail how safe it is for how long baby can stay in seat, I’d say not long so shouldn’t sleep in there
