“Really poor experience recently with Baby Elegance. I've spent well over a thousand Euro in the shop since having my baby in March on the new baby bundle, isofix, sheets etc. The sheets for the bedside crib are a very poor fit even though they're the sheets that were provided in the new baby bundle, they're far too small and pull at the side of the mattress so it's difficult to get them on, so I ordered a larger size in a mattress protector and pack of sheets. When they arrived I opened the mattress protector and it was far too big so I repackaged it and brought it back to the store in Blanch with the receipt.. they wouldn't give me an exchange because the pack had been open? I obviously had to open it before I realised it was too big and then packed it straight back up. Nowhere on the terms and conditions does it say that you can't exchange a mattress protector if it's been opened (it clearly wasn't used) They allowed me to return the sheets because the pack wasn't open and didn't even refund the full amount.. really poor form after I've spent so much money there and even though the products are all lovely I definitely won't be buying there again. I didn't even want a refund just wanted to exchange sizes. Absolute joke.”
