“I received this footmuff instead of the one I ordered. The one I ordered was specifically matching my buggy, this one doesn't at all. If I have known that the one I ordered has been sold out, I would have ordered it somewhere else. I contacted customer service twice within a week from delivery and heard nothing back. It's cold outside, I have a footmuff but it doesn't work with my buggy. It's a shame your customer service couldn't contact me to explain the situation. I regret the only way of communicating is via review on this product, but there's no other option to contact. What do you want me to do with a 65 Euro worth of product which I don't want to use ?And no refund ? No option to return, and no option to replace ?
