“Having destroyed the original mattress by washing it, I ordered one off the website. Turned out to be the wrong one - so I contacted BE via Facebook and they sent me the correct link for the next to me crib and refunded the cost of the original one. I can’t complain about the mattress… my baby seems to like it.
Once I contacted baby elegance via Facebook the customer service was spot on. Don’t try the email addresses or telephone numbers on the website. No response by them at all”
