Extremely helpful customer service, however disappointing that after 11pm this of use the chassis broke, and had to purchase again

So it all started in January my own fault trapped the strap in do and the attachment snapped, so I messaged to see if had a replace my strap for me to purchase, and Jeff on customer service was great to start with asked for picture of what I needed and said he would talk to the warehouse team and get it sent out to me, so few weeks pass and haven’t received anything so emailed back and Jeff again said there was a back log In warehouse I should receive It in a few weeks, well a month or so pass by and hadn’t received anything so emailed and nothing, emailed again and nothing again, so I messaged customer services about my issue with my pushchair and Jeff got back to me the next day saying the straps don’t come unattached so I’d have to buy a new seat, the straps do come undone the tops ones which is what I needed, so ended up buying a new seat which is not the issue the issue is being ignored and saying that the strap is in the post waiting 3 months in total when Jeff just could of told me in January that I needed to buy a new seat. If I could of afforded another double system I would of got one, would not use or purchase a pushchair by baby elegance again!

This would be a one star review if it wasn't for the very nice salesperson that I dealt with over the phone. Having been gifted vouchers in advance of giving birth, I attempted to buy a play mat from your website but as I needed to combine with a bank card to pay the balance, I had to call the store. It then turned out that the store didn't have everything that was on the website and so I agreed to buy a different playmat relying on description given to me over the phone (why isn't everything on the website?). What then ensued was several days of back and forth calls as the voucher system is completely backwards and if used online, requires the personal details to be used for the person who originally purchased them. The people who worked for the store couldn't process them over the phone, so it was a frustrating trial and error trying to get the website to accept them, in the end, someone in head office put the vouchers in my name, but again, it took several days and lots of phone calls before this happened. Presumably most people using vouchers for baby elegance got them as gifts so would have similar issues. Very frustrating interaction with the store and will not be using again.
