“I have had two of these mattresses in the past 7 days, one replaced the faulty first. Neither expanded to the correct length, both only reaching 134cm long. Very frustrating and time consuming. Particularly when the advice is repeatedly to leave it another 24 hours to recover. I bought the same mattress flat two years ago and it was brilliant, supportive and comfortable. Very disappointing.”
