“Love the Spectra S1! I have used the Medela PISA and Medela Symphony and much prefer this pump from Spectra. The Spectra starts off with high suction, lower frequency pulses then once you letdown you hit a button to switch to lower suction, higher frequency pulses. I found this much more comfortable compared to the Medela PISA and Symphony which takes an opposite approach. For me, using the Spectra is significantly more comfortable if that word can be applied to a breastpump. Also, the light and timers are nice features. Previously, I had to use my flashlight and stopwatch on my phone to keep track of the time and avoid turning on the lights at nights.”

“I use this pump quite often! It’s great! I’ve even had to use it in the car multiple times as we are always traveling long distances to see family. I am very glad I chose this pump. The only thing I wish it came with is a case to carry all of the items with. But I just have a backpack that I use for that.”

“During my pregnancy I was constantly being advised to get this or that. Several of my coworkers and friends recommended other pumps but never mentioned the Spectra. Knowing that my insurance only covered one pump, I decided to do a lot of research instead of just jumping to whichever one I was told to get. The thing that sold me about the Spectra was the “let down” mode. During my pumping sessions my lactation consultant recommended that into my pumping session if I stop giving out milk to just switch it to the let down mode for 30s-1m and I should have another let down. Each time I pump, I have at least one more let down during my pumping session. I’ve been able to increase my milk supply and have a decent size milk stash in my freezer for when I go back to work. Ordering and receiving this pump along with it’s parts & accessories was extremely easy and fast! Babypavilion did an amazing job in shipping out all of the items fast and putting in my prescription for it was very easy. I am very glad to have heard about babypavilion through my midwife and have been recommending this website to anyone I know that is expecting and/or looking for a pump. Thank you babypavilion for being awesome and reliable!”
