It did not take long at all to assemeble which is a plus when you are putting togeter alot of flat packs for your first born. Ordering from Baby Village was the best thing we did. The most competative in price out of all shops, our order was also a pre order item that come well before the predicted date which is always the best suprise!”
“Unable to assemble product due to fault in manufacturing. Unable to get in contact with a store, the refund department or anyone via email. Not one call has gone to answer nor one email been responded to over the space of a week. Growing concerned for the charges I will be fronted with due to poor customer service as well as not having a cot in time for the birth of my baby.”
