“Who knew such a tiny thing could provide so much peace of mind?! The sock monitors heart rate and blood oxygen level, and provides a sleep quality report. The alarm alerts you of changes, so it also goes off if the baby is crying, as her heart rate goes up. Also, if the baby is taken too far from the base - so beware if you're carrying her around that you might need to move the base as well. Great as an anti-kidnapping device though - but I hope no-one needs that! Anxiety levels can be quite high for new parents, and especially if there has been a previous infant loss. This monitor sure gives parents some extra reassurance.”
