“The product is great. The service, abysmal. I only purchased this product from Baby Village because they stated the shipping date, which was a week before I needed the item - NEEDED, because my baby would otherwise not have a place to sleep safely once we arrived at our family’s home. Not only was the item not shipped out for an extra five days after the stated date, communication from the company was poor and the messaging was an example of what not to do in customer service. The product arrived two business days after being finally shipped , meaning it would’ve arrived well before the date required had the company followed *their own stated shipping date*. I didn’t expect anything other than for the company to follow their own guidelines, and have a minimally apologetic stance when things went wrong, but that was apparently too much to ask for.”
