“Item arrived with a missing part, without which the change table cannot be used.
Baby Village customer service was not helpful, did not offer a refund or exchange and has just passed me off on to the manufacturer stating that Boori will send out a replacement part, but not provided any ETA on when the missing part will arrive despite me asking. I understand it's a manufacturer's issue but am surprised that Baby Village is not taking an accountability as the distributor of this product.
I'm due in 2 weeks and am stuck with an unusable change table that I ordered 2 months ago and cost quite a bit of money, that I am not able to get refunded or even get an exchange.
Will not be shopping at Baby Village again.”
