“I have a set of these from years ago that are fleece inside and out. I sleep in them to help with arthritis/tendonitis pain. The new ones I bought are not fleece inside, they are a layer of material with an fleece exterior. The extra layer might make these too warm come summer, but they are still very nice.”

“The fleece wrist covers come as a pair, and I wear them at night over the BOT gloves. This gives relief not only in my hands and fingers through the gloves, but now my wrist pain is also eased. They are snug and comfortable enough to wear all night.”
