“Back on Track USA is a great company and products I have purchased there are very high quality. However, I am very disappointed with my recent purchase of your posture reminder. The velcro adjustment strap chafs under my right arm. Thedevide doesn't help remind me about slouching in the upper back. Perhaps it is only intended as a reminder for shoulders pulling forward? It didn't come with any instructions for fitting, so perhaps I'm not wearing it correctly? At this point, I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

It is important to wear this product loosely when you first put it on, so please make sure it is adjusted accordingly. It is designed to tighten when you "lose your posture" and thus triggers and encourages you to stretch and correct your posture.
