“My review is the same for the 3 colors I bought Of this saddle pad. Disappointed! I need to exchange but I don’t see any options. Can I exchange for fall saddle pads?”

The rope trim is only on the outside of the pad but some horses may have a sensitivity to any seam or stitching. We never want anyone to be disappointed with our products. Returns are easy; there is a link at the bottom of our website for returns purchased from us. If a Back on Track product is purchased from one of our retail partners, returns can be done directly through that store.
