“Very happy with the equipment I bought though the bungee break still needs to be installed. My challenges in setting up the zip line we complicated by a double slope - across a hill with a 40% slope that drops 11% along the zip line route. Using a ladder to anchor my starting and end points was difficult on the slope and I couldn't reach the launch anchor from the downhill side of the tree with my 14' ladder. Nevertheless, it's up and working for out 3 year old but still needs to be tightened to support the full weight of our heaviest rider.
Bottom line: we love it!”

“We have not yet installed the zip line but everything came in the mail very quickly and very well packaged. It would have been better however, if the kit had been shipped in two boxes so I could lift it off the porch! I asked for different size cables for my trees and the were properly fulfulled. I will log in again and rate the zip line after installation.”
