“Worked very well. I didn't run the cable through the blocks; I used the grooves instead. I kept the nylon strap on as well because it helped hold everything in place while we tensioned the cable. The 8 blocks were plenty for about a 24" diameter tree and would probably be enough for a much bigger tree.”
“They work great and I like the strap that comes with them to help hold them up. They have a pretty slippery surface on the blocks and they do appear to slide sometimes on the bark of the tree.”
