“For me, it was well worth the money to buy the kit instead of trying to piece together everything from other sources. The kit came complete (not always the case in this day and age) and the pieces were solid, high-quality items. Especially like that the trolley may be disengaged when not in use, since our zipline is not where we live and would be subject to unauthorized use or (worse) theft.”
“The 'U' shaped wire clamps provided for the safety loop around the turn buckle were too small. The safety loop cable was the same size as the primary zip line, but the wire clamps were smaller for some unknown reason, so I had to got the hardware store to get some larger clamps to fit the cable. Also, it is very difficult to get the cable tight enough between the trees without a come along or vehicle to pull it tight. Instructions are very inadequate and lack a lot of detail.”
“My kids absolutely love it! I had to adjust the slope less than recommended to slow them down a little but the set up was very easy and did not take too long. The cable does stretch considerably so the turnbuckle is a great way to compensate. Overall a great product and fun for all.”
