“When the items arrived I did not open them for a few days. The reason for this was that I doubted whether I had ordered the right size. Not withstanding your non return policy on such items I wondered if you would make an exception since I said I would not open the package until I heard from you. I waited but you never did reply to me, so I took a deep breath and opened one box They are a wee bit on the loose side but will do as it happens.
I still however would have liked a reply from you. It is only common courtesy after all.
